D17 is a small volume and long life diaphragm micro compressor and vacuum pump with good economy. This model can work continuously for 3000 hours under maximum load and has a longer life under low load, which is a product with industrial grade reliability. 

 

Compact Size Micro Compressor

Pollution-free transmission, maintenance-free, allowing the medium to contain water vapor, and can operate continuously for 24 hours; small size, low energy consumption.the product weighs about 75g and the overall size is about 68x29x36mm.

 

Brushed Motor

This model is driven by high-quality brushed motor which has the advantages of long lifetime, low interference, low energy consumption, high reliability, etc. With the help of a specially designed high quality motor, this type of vacuum pump and micro compressor can run continuously for 5000 hours under no-load conditions and 3000 hours under maximum load.

 

Wide voltage power supply

Allows a wider input voltage, reducing the power requirements, and the performance of the micro compressor can be adjusted by adjusting the input voltage.

 

Micro Compressor with Industrial-grade Reliability

In response to industrial-grade reliability requirements, we have designed a special test process for possible load conditions. Therefore, no matter what load the product actually works under, its actual service life can reach and exceed its nominal service life. If the actual working load is less than the nominal maximum load, its life can be further extended. Therefore tt can operate without stopping for a long time under the maximum load. The product has passed the life test under the maximum load, and can promise to reach the nominal life under various loads.

 

Long Service Life 

Equipped with a high-quality brushed DC motor, using high-performance elastomers, it can provide a service life comparable to a brushless motor pump. In addition to the motor, elastomers and bearings also have a vital impact on the life of the pump. We have also carried out aging tests on the life of the above parts, which can ensure that the life of the whole machine can reach and exceed the nominal level. For applications requiring longer life and higher reliability, we also provide  D15 and C15 BLDC driven micro pump with similar performance as an option.

 

Excellent Cost Efficiency

Under the premise of low purchase cost, it can obtain ultra-long working life and industrial-grade reliability, and is free from maintenance and replacement during the entire life cycle. It has a high cost-effectiveness ratio for high-volume applications. It is especially suitable for application scenarios with limited product volume, high life expectancy and limited cost.

Low Ambient Temperature Special Models Can be Customized

When the diaphragm pump works under extremely low ambient temperature, it is difficult to achieve stable and reliable restart and efficient operation due to the influence of low temperature on the motor, mechanical structure and elastomer. When this type of micro compressor and vacuum pump is used in extremely low ambient temperature application scenarios, it can have a built-in heater circuit to heat and heat the motor, mechanical structure, and elastomer, so as to maintain various performances at room temperature, so as to cope with harsh environments challenge.

Test conditions

In a clean and non-corrosive laboratory, working under rated voltage, the pump is fully loaded (the outlet is blocked, the inlet is directly connected to the atmosphere) or unloaded (the inlet and outlet are directly connected to the atmosphere), and runs continuously around the clock; ambient temperature: 5℃~33 ℃, relative humidity: 50%-85%, fluctuates with the climate.
