Its maximum average gas flow rate is 95mL/min or 175mL/min. it can achieve vacuum degree -49kPa and maximum positive pressure 88kPa.

Overall Descriptions
D08 is our smallest vacuum pump and compressor, it has a small volume and size. This diaphragm pump has two motor options, brushless DC motors and brushed geared motors, corresponding to long-life and low-cost application scenarios. Its maximum average gas flow rate is 89mL/min or 175mL/min, and the flow rate is adjustable, so it is also very suitable for scenes that require precise control of small gas flow. Smallest Vacuum Pump & Compressor
The overall size of the product(equipped with a brushless motor) is about 34.5×25×32.5mm; the overall size of the product(equipped with a brushed motor) is 43×17×24mm; it is suitable for applications that require a very small space of air pumps.
Multiple Motor Options
Two choices of brushed and brushless motors are provided to meet the different needs of costs and service lifetime; The brushless motor uses 12V DC power supply; the brushed geared motor uses 3-5V DC power supply.
High Vacuum, Big Pressure Mini Pump
Under the premise of extremely compact size, it can achieve vacuum degree -46kPa and maximum positive pressure 83kPa. In such a small volume, the ability to generate such a high degree of vacuum and pressure is a major feature of this product.
High-precision Gas Delivery
This model product can achieve milliliter-level high-precision gas transmission with high-precision gas flow sensor in the range of tens to one hundred milliliters flow rate, and has extremely high air tightness.
Industrial-grade Reliability
Generally, small-volume air pumps are aimed at home users and have limited service life and reliability. The D08 is designed for industrial applications and has the advantage of high reliability. Whether pumps equipped with brushed motors or brushless motors,which have passed rigorous life tests and promise to meet industrial-grade reliability requirements under test conditions.
Speed Control Function
For brushed motor version, The flow rate of the pump can be changed by adjusting the motor speed and changing the input voltage. For brushless motor version, the flow rate of the pump can be changed by adjusting the motor speed through PWM signal.
Modular Hose Connector Options
Under the premise of a small volume, a replaceable pneumatic connector is available, which can be equipped with copper or stainless steel hose connectors and M3 internal thread connectors.
Smallest Vacuum Pump
D08 reduces the size of the pump head through a special structure design. At the same time, small size brushless motor and brush motor are used, making D08 the smallest size air pump ever launched by our company.
Optional Pump Head Material
The default product uses aluminum as the pump head material. For special applications, you can choose more pump head materials. Please contact us for specific options.
