The dual-head D50 series includes two models: the D50VB and D50FB. The D50VB offers higher vacuum performance, while the D50FB delivers greater flow rates. Both models operate at 24V and can also function as positive pressure pumps, capable of generating up to 50kPa of positive pressure.the dual-pump heads support flexible configurations—they can be connected in series, in parallel, or operated as two independent pump units to adapt to various application requirements. Designed for industrial durability, these pumps can run continuously under maximum load 24/7, with a proven lifespan exceeding 7,500 hours in full-load endurance testing.

Modular Connections
This mini gas pump offers comprehensive connection compatibility with multiple standard fitting options including 8mm and 4mm hose connector,quick-connect PC6 and PC8, , as well as internal threaded Rp1/8 and NPSC1/8 connections.
Dual Head Diaphragm Pump Design
The two pump heads can be connected in series, in parallel, or used as two independent pump heads to meet various application requirements.

In response to industrial-grade reliability requirements, we have designed a special test process for possible load conditions. Therefore, no matter what load the product actually works under, its actual service life can reach and exceed its nominal service life. If the actual working load is less than the nominal maximum load, its life can be further extended. Therefore tt can operate without stopping for a long time under the maximum load. The product has passed the life test under the maximum load, and can promise to reach the nominal life under various loads.
Speed Control Function
The mini gas pump’s flow rate can be adjusted by controlling the motor speed. For brushless motor (BLDC) models, speed regulation is achieved by adjusting the PWM duty cycle.
