D15 is a small and exquisite brushless diaphragm pump with wide voltage power supply technology, which is especially suitable for battery-powered handheld gas sampling. It has a long life, small size, can pump negative pressure or positive pressure. It supports wide-voltage power supply technology and can work in the range of 3.2V-5V DC. When the voltage changes, the flow remains the same. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for scenarios where constant flow is required when battery power is used.

Compact Size

Working Status Indicator

The bottom case of the pump is made of light-transmitting material ABS, which can visually reflect the working status of the pump through the indicator light.

 

Brushless Motor

This model is driven by brush-less motors which have the advantages of long service life, low interference and high reliability. Thepremium version of this model product, after actual testing, has a continuous working life of more than 12,000 hours under maximum load, and a motor life of more than 20,000 hours.  It has extremely high reliability and service life.

 

Diaphragm Pump With Protections

Equipped with overheating protection, overload protection and reverse connection protection function to prevent accidental damage to the pump.

 

Speed Control Feature

The flow can be changed by adjusting the motor speed of the pump (by adjusting the PWM duty cycle).

Or by ordering our company’s special speed controller for micro pump (model: TS-G12) to regulate the speed.

 

Warning Feature

Through the light color displayed by the transparent bottom case (as shown in Figure 2-1 and Figure 2-2), to feedback the working status of the pump

1. It is normal when the blue light flashes regularly;
2. When the light remainsred, it is abnormal, i.e.the motor runs too low;
3. When the red and blue lights alternately flash, itis abnormal, and at this time,the motor speed is low and unstable;
4. The indicator light is offwhen the positive and negative connections are reversed;
5. When the voltage is outofthe working voltage range (3.2V～6V), the indicator light is off.
