It adopts the principle of dry oil-free compressor and is driven by a small-sized and low-power DC/BLDC motor. It can output pressure up to 0.5 MPA comparable to that of a large air compressor in an extremely small size.  This kind of micro piston pump run 100% oil-free, can restart after shutdown under maximum negative pressure or maximum positive pressure without pressure relief. it can achieve output pressure 500kPa and maximum flow rate 12.5L/min,with modular pneumatic connectors for easy integration into various pneumatic systems.

D40 is a swing piston compressor & vacuum pump with high output pressure and high vacuum. It adopts the principle of dry oil-free compressor and is driven by a small-sized and low-power DC/BLDC motor. It can output pressure up to 0.5 MPA comparable to that of a large air compressor in an extremely small size. This model has two motor options(BDC and BLDC motors), corresponding to long-life and low-cost application scenarios.This kind of micro piston pump run 100% oil-free, can restart after shutdown under maximum negative pressure or maximum positive pressure without pressure relief. it can achieve output pressure 540kPa and maximum average flow rate 8.3L/min,with modular pneumatic connectors for easy integration into various pneumatic systems.

 

High Pressure Piston Pump with Compact Size

This product has an overall size of about 115*51*99mm. It has a very compact size considering the pressure it can put out. This product has a high output pressure of up to 540kPa and is available in a variety of pressure and flow specifications.It can be installed on the back panel of the device through flexible mounting feet. The installation direction will not affect the work of this type of pump, so it can provide very flexible installation options.

 

Swing Piston Compressor Pump  Principle

The D40 rocking piston pump has a piston inside that is driven by a motor and reciprocates up and down in a cylinder. Its piston ring material uses PTFE material with self-lubricating properties, which can form a transfer film on the surface of the hard aluminum oxide cylinder to achieve long-term continuous operation.

But in general, the piston rings of dry piston pumps will wear as the pump continues to operate. The greater the workload, the more severe the wear. Therefore, if you want to run continuously with lower wear for a longer period of time, a near-zero wear diaphragm pump will be more suitable, such as the D50 diaphragm pump. However, swing piston compressor pumps have the significant advantage of higher output pressures compared to diaphragm pumps.

 

Various Motor and Lifetime Options

It’s equipped with DC brush motors and BLDC brushless motors, providing model options with long lifetime and low cost

 

Speed Control Function

The flow rate can be changed by adjusting the motor speed of the pump. Models equipped with a brushless motor can achieve speed control by adjusting the PWM duty cycle. Models equipped with a brushed DC motor can achieve PWM control by controlling the motor input voltage or using an H-bridge circuit.

 

Modular Pneumatic Connectors

This series of pumps has a modular connector design. The interface can also be matched with PC6 or PA 8mm hose connector.

Default PC8 stainless steel push-in connector are used with 8mm outer diameter hard pipes;it also can be configured with  PC6 push-in connector for 6mm outer diameter hard pipes and PA 8mm hose connector and Rp1/8 internal thread  and NPT 1/8 internal thread for more types of connections. The user can select the corresponding pneumatic connectors when ordering according to the pipeline situation.

Continuous Oil-less Operation

Industrial grade high-reliability design, it has good heat dissipation performance and can run continuously for 24 hours without downtime. It is a high pressure oil-less operation pump with industrial grade reliability, maintenance-free during the design life.

 

Restart with Maximum Load

This series pump can restart stably and reliably under nominal maximum negative pressure or maximum positive pressure, and has good performance of re-starting with load.

Test conditions

In a clean and non-corrosive laboratory, working under rated voltage,the pump is fully loaded (the outlet pressure 400kPa,the inlet is directly connected to the atmosphere) or unloaded (the inlet and outlet are directly connected to the atmosphere), and runs continuously around the clock; ambient temperature 5~33 degrees, relative humidity: 50%-85%, fluctuates with the climate.

Permissible ambient temperature is 0~50 degrees, it is not suitable to be exposed to the sun, and it should work in a clean and ventilated environment
