The D30 Series is a high-performance, adjustable-speed diaphragm pump engineered for exceptional high vacuum and high pressure capabilities in a compact form factor. It achieves an impressive -91 kPa relative vacuum (10 kPa.abs) for deep vacuum extraction while delivering up to 250 kPa output pressure (D30PS series) for demanding pressurization tasks. Powered by a brushless DC motor, this pump supports true positive and negative pressure dual-use, allowing long-term, full-load operation across a wide pressure range. Aggressive Corrosion Resistance (PVDF & PTFE Construction)

Unlike standard pumps that fail when exposed to harsh chemicals, the D30 series offers a full PTFE/PVDF “PV” material option. The pump head is machined from PVDF, while the diaphragm, check valves, and seals are manufactured from virgin PTFE. This combination provides exceptional resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvent vapors, ensuring long-term reliability in the most demanding chemical environments.

High Vacuum & High Pressure

The D30 series is a professional adjustable‑speed positive/negative pressure diaphragm pump engineered to deliver consistent high vacuum and positive pressure in a single compact unit. The D30VS model achieves up to -91 kPa relative vacuum for deep suction applications, while the D30PS model provides up to 250 kPa positive pressure for pneumatic driving and pressure delivery tasks.

Speed Control Function

The flow(BLDC type) can be changed by adjusting the motor speed of the diaphragm gas pump (by adjusting the PWM duty cycle).

 

Flexible Modular Connections

Installation is effortless with modular port options. Choose between standard H4 barbed fittings (4mm ID hose), PC6 quick-insert fittings (6mm OD tube), or Rp1/8 & NPT 1/8 internal threads. Additionally, the inlet and exhaust ports can be rotated 360°, allowing you to route tubing perfectly within your chassis without kinking.

Long Service Life & Low EMI

Engineered for “7×24” continuous duty cycles, the D30 utilizes a high-quality brushless DC (BLDC) motor. It boasts a design life of 8,000 hours under full load and 10,000 hours under no load. The brushless design eliminates carbon dust contamination, reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI), and significantly extends service intervals compared to standard brushed pumps.

Speed Feedback Signal

The brushless motor type can know the high and low speed of the diaphragm gas pump through the speed feedback signal. From this, the operating state of the pump can be known, which is convenient for realizing closed-loop control and making the system more intelligent

 

Industrial-grade Reliability 

In response to industrial-grade reliability requirements, we have designed a special test process for possible load conditions. Therefore, no matter what load the product actually works under, its actual service life can reach and exceed its nominal service life. If the actual working load is less than the nominal maximum load, its life can be further extended. Therefore it can operate without stopping for a long time under the maximum load. The product has passed the life test under the maximum load, and can promise to reach the nominal life under various loads.

Test conditions

Fully-loaded lifetime: The test condition is continuous operation for 7*24 hours under rated voltage with the pump at full load (for D30VS: the intake port is completely blocked while the exhaust port is open to the atmosphere; for D30PS: the exhaust port is completely blocked while the intake port is open to the atmosphere). The full load life represents the pump’s continuous operation life under the most extreme and harsh working conditions. When the actual operating condition is intermittent use or the working pressure is lower than the maximum rated pressure, the product life value approaches the no-load life.

No-load lifetimeThe test condition is both the inlet and outlet ports open to the atmosphere, allowing the pump to operate continuously for 24 hours without shutdown.

Motor lifetime: The test condition is continuous operation for 24 hours without shutdown under good ventilation and heat dissipation conditions, with the motor running under no load;*Represents the design life; the actual measured operational life test is currently in progress.
