The D15TS series is equipped with a brushless DC motor that supports PWM speed control and provides FG speed feedback.The pump is available in 5 volt, 12 volt, and 24 volt versions, offering maximum vacuum and pressure of at least 40 kPa negative and 40 kPa positive, with average flow rates up to 1.2 liters per minute for the EL version and 1.0 liter per minute for the FG version. The compact design keeps the weight as low as 68 grams for the EL version and 100 grams for the FG version, making the pump ideal for portable and space constrained instruments.

The D15TS series is a high-airtightness positive & negative pressure brushless diaphragm pump independently developed by Hilin Technology. It is professionally engineered for low leakage, high vacuum, and continuous heavy-load operation scenarios. Adopting an all-metal high-air-tight pump head, full-covered low-leakage diaphragm, and BLDC brushless motor design, this pump features ultra-low gas leakage rate, industrial-grade reliability, long service life, PWM speed regulation, and multiple self-protection functions. It is widely applied in gas sampling, analytical instruments, medical equipment, and gas analysis fields.

Custom-designed for high air-tight and low leakage rate applications; equipped with all-metal high-air-tight pump head and fully encapsulated low-leakage diaphragm. Every unit undergoes 100% factory air tightness full inspection to meet strict analytical-level sealing requirements, ensuring minimal gas leakage.

The overall size of the this high efficiency micro diaphragm pump is about 41×25×42mm; The D15TS is extremely compact and lightweight. The EL version weighs only 68 grams, and the FG version weighs 100 grams. This small size and low weight make the diaphragm pump ideal for portable instruments, handheld devices, and other applications where space and weight are critical constraints.
Support 7×24h non-stop continuous operation; two versions available: Standard version and Premium version. Premium version achieves 10,000 hours full-load design lifespan, 12,000 hours no-load lifespan, and motor design lifespan up to 15,000 hours. It delivers outstanding durability for long-term industrial and laboratory operation.
The D15TS offers two complete material sets to match different gas compositions. The EL material set uses EPDM for the diaphragm, check valve, and seal, making it ideal for air, moisture-rich gases, and mild environments. The FG material set uses FKM for all wetted parts, providing excellent resistance to more aggressive or chemically active gases. This flexibility allows the diaphragm pump to be tailored to a wide range of applications.

Adopt replaceable modular nozzle connector design; optional M3 / M5 internal thread connectors for flexible pipeline matching. The air inlet and outlet nozzle can rotate 360° freely, allowing flexible installation orientation to adapt to complex space layout requirements.

Generally, small-volume air pumps are aimed at home users and have limited service life and reliability. The D15TS is designed for industrial applications and has the advantage of high reliability. The D15 high efficiency micro diaphragm pump uses a lightweight diaphragm and a silent optimized valve plate, which maintains low noise and low vibration characteristics while providing high output flow, with the noise level at full speed being less than 50dB.
