Adopting an all-metal high-airtight pump head and optimized multi-layer sealing structure, the D37TS pump delivers excellent leak-proof capability, high vacuum, high flow and stable pressure output. The D37TS Series is a high-performance, speed-adjustable high airtightness positive/negative pressure diaphragm pump, specifically engineered for applications demanding extremely low leakage rates and uncompromising reliability. At its core is a 304 stainless steel pump head and a proprietary ultra-seal structure, enabling it to achieve an aggressive -90 kPa relative vacuum and deliver up to +300 kPa output pressure (D37TSP model). Powered by a robust BLDC motor and rated IP66 for dust and water resistance, the D37TS provides industrial-grade, continuous-duty performance for gas analysis, sampling, and high-seal pneumatic systems.

This pump is professionally designed for high-airtight working scenarios and adopts a special low-leakage sealing structure. Every product is fully inspected for airtightness before delivery to ensure an extremely low gas leakage rate, which fully satisfies the strict sealing standards of analytical instruments. It is fitted with a 304 stainless steel pump head, matched with EPDM diaphragms, EPDM check valves and FKM sealing components. The mature material combination maintains stable sealing performance even during long-term continuous operation and effectively prevents gas leakage.

The series includes two core models. D37TSV high vacuum version can reach a maximum relative vacuum of -90 kPa with a maximum output pressure of 50 kPa, perfectly suited for high-vacuum gas sampling and extraction work. D37TSP high pressure version provides stable output pressure up to 300 kPa and a relative vacuum of -65 kPa, ideal for high-pressure gas delivery and circulation tasks.

Supported by a well-optimized internal structure, the pump can run continuously under heavy loads. Its full load design life reaches 5000 hours, and no-load design life is 7000 hours. The built-in BLDC brushless motor features a design life of 10000 hours, realizing round-the-clock non-stop operation. Meanwhile, it adopts low electromagnetic interference design and will not cause interference to surrounding precision electronic equipment, with excellent pressure resistance and mechanical stability for long-cycle industrial use.
The D37TS pump with brushless DC motor offers flexible speed regulation and comprehensive protection functions. For speed control, the pump supports PWM speed regulation, where the flow rate can be precisely adjusted by varying the motor speed via an external PWM signal.the pump integrates stall protection, over-current protection, and reverse polarity protection, which minimize the risk of accidental damage under high-load conditions, power supply faults, or misoperation, ensuring reliable operation in demanding applications.
With a fully sealed pump body and motor, the D37TS achieves an IP66 protection rating. It is completely dust-tight and protected against powerful water jets, ensuring reliable gas transfer even in outdoor, wet, or dusty industrial environments.

Installation is easy with multiple high-integrity port options. Choose the standard Rp1/8 female thread, or select optional K6 quick-connect fitting (for 6×4mm PU tubing) or a 6mm ferrule-type fitting (for stainless steel tubing) , allowing you to integrate the pump into virtually any high-seal pneumatic system.

Test conditions | In a clean, non-corrosive laboratory, the pump shall operate continuously day and night under full load (inlet sealed, exhaust open to atmosphere) or no load (both inlet and exhaust open to atmosphere). Ambient temperature: 5°C to 33°C, relative humidity: 50% to 85%, varying with weather conditions. |
