Overall Descriptions
VBY serie pump is a durable and compact electric diaphragm vacuum pump small volume, equipped with BLDC motor. it is powered by 12/24 volt DC. This model have a controllable flow-rate by PWM signal controlled motor speed. It can reach -80kPa vacuum with a very small size.
Brush-less DC Motors
This model is driven by brush-less motors which have the advantages of long service life, low interference and high reliability.
Diaphragm Pump with High Pump Vacuum
Its maximum relative vacuum can reach -80kPa, and the flow–rate can be adjusted by adjusting the motor speed. We have an alternative option that offers more chemical compatibility options and controls in the same size, please refer to C30 diaphragm vacuum pump
Protections
Equipped with overheating protection, overload protection, which to the greatest extent prevents accidental damage to the pump.
Wide ambient temperature
The motor of this signal has good ambient temperature tolerance, and can typically work continuously for a long time in an environment of 50 degrees Celsius. We can provide product options for ambient temperature up to 80 degrees.
Low noise vibration
On the premium version, we have adopted a variety of technologies and materials to reduce noise and vibration, which can provide lower product noise for the medical industry, as well as lower operating vibration.
