D70 is a large-flow and high-vacuum DC miniature compressor gas pump, it is powered by 24 or 12 volt DC,This model has two motor options, corresponding to long-life and low-cost application scenarios. Its maximum peak gas flow rate is 52L/min. it can achieve vacuum degree -77kPa.To meet customer demand for higher flow and higher pressure,this diaphragm pump can be configured with single pump head and double pump head configuration. 

 

Large Flow,High Vacuum

Its maximum average flow can reach 33L per minute, maximum vacuum can reach -77kPa. it can be used for positive pressure within 50kPa,If you need a higher pressure pump, you can refer to D35H and D50H diaphragm pumps and our piston pump product series

 

Single and Double Pump Head Flexible Configuration

According to the flow and pressure requirements of the application,multiple configurations such as single pump head, double pump heads in parallel, and double pump heads in series can be selected, providing a wide range of and flexible modular configuration options.

 

Multiple motor options

This model can be driven by brush-less DC motors which have the advantages of long service life, low interference and high reliability. And it also can be configured with high quality brushed DC motor.

 

Modular Connector options

According to the type of customer’s pipeline, modular pneumatic connectrs can be configured at the factory. It can be configured with PC8 push-in  connectors to easily connect rigid pipes with an outer diameter of 8mm. This pump can also configure the default conventional hose connector. In addition, it also provides Rp1/8 or NTSC1/8 internal threaded connectors and  for connecting more abundant pipelines and interface types.

 

High Corrosion Resistance

Optional polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) diaphragm and valve seal can be used to pump corrosive gas medium.

 

Speed Control Function

The flow rate of the BLDC motor pump can be changed by adjusting the motor speed.  There are two ways to adjust, user can use PWM or voltage signal to control the flow-rate of D70 pump.

 

Industrial-grade Reliability 

In response to industrial-grade reliability requirements, we have designed a special test process for possible load conditions. Therefore, no matter what load the product actually works under, its actual service life can reach and exceed its nominal service life. If the actual working load is less than the nominal maximum load, its life can be further extended. Therefore tt can operate without stopping for a long time under the maximum load. The product has passed the life test under the maximum load, and can promise to reach the nominal life under various loads.
