D27 is a special designed low pulsation pump with five diaphragm chambers. Comparing with the traditional diaphragm pump,there is almost no flow pulsation for this model.which is driven by a 12V/24V BLDC/DC motor,and the flow-rate can be adjusted by input PWM signal. It has a high cost performance, long service life, small dimensions.There are two models(D27E,D27M) in this series, which can output positive and negative pressure.

D27 series miniature gas pump is a compact low pulsation pump with high cost performance, It is a high-end micro gas pump with five pump chambers. This structure has the advantages of no flow pulsation and stable flow output. It is especially suitable for scenarios where no-pulsation gas sampling is required. It also has benifits like low electromagnetic interference, low noise level and vibration.
Flow pulsation is a disadvantage of reciprocating positive displacement pumps. It is a high-end micro air pump with five pump chambers. This structure has the advantages of no flow pulsation and stable flow output. It is especially suitable for scenarios where no-pulsation gas sampling is required.
In the field of dust particle counter applications, 2.83LPM or 0.1 CFM rotary vane sampling air pumps are widely used due to their low pulsation characteristics.However, the vane sampling pump has a short life and high cost due to its wear characteristics.The five pump chambers inside the D27 work together to achieve a low pulsation output similar to that of a rotary vane sampling air pump, while its low-wear diaphragm pump characteristics can achieve much lower costs and longer operating life than its competitors, making it very suitable for replacing sampling pumps in low pulsation scenarios.

Two choices of brushed and brushless motors are provided to meet the different needs of costs and service lifetime; It supports 12V or 24V DC power supply.
The weight of D27E is about 135g, the appearance size is about 92.5×39×39.5 mm (excluding the shock absorbing feet).
The weight of D27M is about 150g, the appearance size is about 80.5×40.5×39.5 mm (excluding shock-absorbing feet).
It has five pump chambers in a very small structure. If you need a more reliable air pump, you can refer to the C26 mini pump model.
The flow(BLDC type) can be changed by adjusting the motor speed of the mini pump (by adjusting the PWM duty cycle).
The D27E can work continuously for 5000 hours under maximum load and has a longer life under low load. Under the premise of low purchase cost, it can obtain ultra-long working life and industrial-grade reliability.
If D27 low pulsation pump is used to replace the rotary vane sampling pump, the overall cost can be reduced by up to 70% by considering the operating life and purchase price.
The brushless motor type can know the high and low speed of the pump through the speed feedback signal. From this, the operating state of the pump can be known, which is convenient for realizing closed-loop control and making the system more intelligent
In response to industrial-grade reliability requirements, we have designed a special test process for possible load conditions. Therefore, no matter what load the product actually works under, its actual service life can reach and exceed its nominal service life. If the actual working load is less than the nominal maximum load, its life can be further extended. Therefore tt can operate without stopping for a long time under the maximum load. The product has passed the life test under the maximum load, and can promise to reach the nominal life under various loads.
