How it works?
The micro diaphragm pump is an electric positive displacement pump, which realizes fluid transmission by changing the volume of the pump cavity through reciprocating motion.

Motor driven
DC motor provides driving force for pump head operation. The diaphragm seals the compression chamber off from the drive mechanism with nearly zero leakage.

Diaphragm movements
The eccentric turns the rotational motion into the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm to move up and down and drive the fluid motion

Unidirectional flow
On the downward stroke, the diaphragm draws the medium in via the inlet valve. On the upward stroke, it forces the medium out of the outlet valve.
Different industry and technical applications benefit from the use of micro diaphragm pumps: it prevents media contamination and ensures excellent leak-tightness for media transfer. When used with gaseous media, it is resistant to moisture and condensate. When used with liquids, the diaphragm pump is self-priming and safe to run dry. Miniature diaphragm pumps can be maintenance-free for life, and have the advantages of small size, low noise, and low vibration.
