WJY series diaphragm liquid pump is a high-flow 24V water pump with a compact size and a high flow rate that can control the pumping speed through a signal. Its maximum pumping speed can reach 6L/min. The pumping speed, start and stop can be controlled through signals, and a variety of fluid interfaces can be selected. It adopts EPDM diaphragm and PA6 nylon pump head, which has a wide range of chemical compatibility, and it is driven by BLDC motor, which has long life and high reliability. 

Speed Control Function

The flow rate of the 24V water pump can be changed by adjusting the motor speed. Motor speed can be controlled by user inputting frequency signal.

Brush-less DC Motors and Long Life Span

This model 24V water pump driven by brushless motors which have the advantages of long service life, low interference and high reliability. It can run continuously for a long time, and the pumping life of the premium version can reach 10,000 hours.

24V Water Pump With Protections

Equipped with overheating protection, overload protection, power supply under-voltage and over-voltage protection and reverse connection protection function (except the basic type), which to the greatest extent prevents accidental damage to the pump.

 

Modular Hydraulic Connector

The pump body has Rp1/8 internal thread interface (material: reinforced nylon), which can be installed with the following joints and other types of joints: standard PP pagoda joint, recommended to use with inner diameter 6-7mm silicone hose; optional stainless steel pagoda joint, recommended to match Silicone hose with inner diameter of 6-7mm; optional copper nickel-plated outer circular push-in connector POC6 (can be used with 6mm outer diameter hard pipe), POC8 (for pumps with a water flow of more than 3 liters/min, can be used with 8mm outer diameter hard pipe) ), which is preferred over stainless steel male hexagonal quick-insertion fittings; optional 304 stainless steel male hexagonal quick-insertion fittings PC6 (can be used with 6mm outer diameter hard pipe), PC8 (used for pumps with a water flow of more than 3 liters/min, can be used with outer diameter 8mm hard tube).

Gas-liquid Dual Purpose

Liquid-gas dual-use, can be used as a liquid pump or a vacuum pump, can also be used to transfer gas-liquid mixed media; dry-run and self-priming.

State Memory Function

When the pump is stopped due to abnormal power failure, the pump will continue to run according to the state and speed of the last power-off when the power supply is recovered. (Note: This function can only work on the speed control type)

Maintenance Free,Pollution-free Transmission

There is no need to add lubricating oil and maintenance, and it does not pollute the medium.

If water flow rate of more than 3 liters/min, the standard pump cavity is reinforced nylon PA6, and other materials can be selected: aluminum or 304 stainless steel.
