S23 model is an electric diaphragm small liquid pump with quiet and long lif. It is driven by a long-life brushless motor and it is a 12 volt pump water and other liquids. Its check valves and pump diaphragm can be made of EPDM or FKM materials. It has minimal working noise and vibration, and can be used in occasions with strict requirements for low noise.
Compact Size Small Liquid Pump
The product weighs about 80g and the overall size is about 35*51*56mm. If you are looking for a liquid pump of even smaller size, you can refer to the S15 micro liquid pump product.
Brush-less DC Motors
This model of diaphragm liquid pumis driven by brush-less motor which has the advantages of long service life, low interference and high reliability.Its premium version can achieve 10,000 hours of continuous pumping water, and the motor life is more than 20,000 hours
Optional pump head and elastomer material
In order to achieve better chemical compatibility, the pump head material and elastomer material can be customized. We provide glass fiber reinforced PA6 pump head and EPDM rubber elastomer by default. At the same time, we can also provide PPS pump head option and FKM elastomer option, as well as the combination of the above 4 materials to achieve more extensive chemical compatibility.
Allow Dry-Running
Long-term dry-running will not have any effect on this liquid pump. In fact, it can be used to transport dry gas for a long time, and can also be used to transport liquid or gas-liquid mixture.
Self-priming Diaphragm Pump
Self-priming is an important feature of this liquid pump, it can achieve self-priming function by creating a vacuum.

Gas-liquid Dual Purpose
Liquid-gas dual-use, can be used as a liquid pump or a vacuum pump, can also be used to transfer gas-liquid mixed media; dry-run and self-priming. This is very important for many applications that need to transport gas and media at the same time.
Speed Control Feature
The flow can be changed by adjusting the motor speed of the pump (by adjusting the PWM duty cycle). By adjusting the speed of the motor, with the cooperation of the flow sensor, the medium transmission can be realized more accurately, especially the gas medium transmission.
Start-Stop Function
The start and stop of the pump can be controlled by the start and stop control level signal, which is suitable for frequent start and stop working conditions. Controlling the motor through the control signal, rather than by cutting and turning on the power supply, can reduce the current impact in the circuit, have a faster start-stop response time, and extend the life of the motor.
Speed Feedback
The speed of the pump can be obtained through the speed feedback signal, easy to realize working condition monitoring and closed-loop control. Engineers can monitor the working condition and load of the pump through the speed feedback signal, so as to realize more stable and reliable gas and liquid transmission
