D29 is a high temperature gas sampling pump specially designed for extracting high-temperature gases. It can be widely used in continuous high-temperature flue gas component monitoring systems and other industrial occasions where high-temperature gases need to be transmitted. Its pump body is made of 304 stainless steel and PTFE, which has good high temperature resistance and can be used to extract and compress high-temperature gases up to 250 degrees Celsius.

 

Strong Corrosion Resistance

304 stainless steel and PTFE have good chemical compatibility with sulfur dioxide, NOx and other components that are widely present in flue gas, and can withstand most volatile organic gases. And the 316 stainless steel material can be customized according to customer needs.

 

High Temperature Resistance

D29 adopts a metal pump head with thermal insulation design, so that the high-temperature gas in the pump head will not affect the work of other parts of the pump. At the same time, coupled with the use of high-temperature resistant elastic components and sealing components, this product reaches a design temperature of 250 degrees Celsius, which is higher than the 230 degrees common temperature in the industry, and can be continuously used for the sampling and transmission of high-temperature gases 7*24 hours a day.

 

Lightweight design

The pump has a small and compact structure, and its weight is significantly reduced to 630g compared with 1500g of competing products, a reduction of up to 58%. It is conducive to installation inside more compact pipelines and equipment, and can be used in portable sampling equipment.

The appearance size of D29 is about 86*55*115 mm .

Due to the updated counting and innovative structure, the D29 reduces the cost compared to German competing products with the same performance, significantly reducing the price range of high-temperature gas sampling pumps from the thousand-dollar level to the hundred-dollar level.

 

Use BLDC Motor to Replace AC Motor

The high-efficiency and long-life BLDC motor is used to replace the AC motor, which greatly improves the operating efficiency. On the premise of consistent performance, the power consumption of the whole machine is reduced by 71%, and two specification options of 12V DC and 24V DC are available.

In response to industrial-grade reliability requirements, we have designed a special test process for possible load conditions. Therefore, no matter what load the product actually works under, its actual service life can reach and exceed its nominal service life. If the actual working load is less than the nominal maximum load, its life can be further extended.
