D23 is a mini diaphragm pump that can output negative pressure and positive pressure. It is usually used to transfer high-value gas inside precision instruments, or quietly transfer gas under extremely low noise requirements.
The product weighs about 80g with an overall size of about 35*51*56mm. Its maximum average flow rate is 0.95L/min.
This model is driven by brushless motors which have the advantages of long service life, low interference and high reliability.This product has passed the continuous operation test under the maximum load. Its quality version can operate continuously for 12,000 hours under the maximum load and has a motor life of more than 20,000 hours. It can provide excellent reliability for industrial applications.
The pump head of this product can be selected from a variety of materials according to customer requirements, such as the default glass fiber reinforced PA6, or glass fiber reinforced PPS. At the same time, its elastomer can also provide two options of EPDM and FKM.
The pump body is specially designed to eliminate mechanical noise and fluid noise during operation. Its premium version can get almost inaudible operating noise, which is especially suitable for gas transmission applications that require very quiet. In addition to being quiet, its running vibration is also extremely small, and it hardly causes any vibration effects on the equipment. The flow can be changed by adjusting the motor speed of the pump (by adjusting the PWM duty cycle).

The start and stop of the pump can be controlled through the start-stop control level signal, which is suitable for frequent start and stop working conditions. There are several advantages to controlling the operation of the pump through the start and stop signals instead of cutting off and connecting the power supply. It can reduce the current impact when the power supply is connected, and avoid affecting the external equipment. It can also speed up the response speed of start and stop, while helping to extend the life of the pump.
The speed of the micro pump can be obtained through the speed feedback signal, which is convenient for realizing working condition monitoring and closed-loop control. Through the speed feedback signal, the speed of the pump can be controlled more accurately, and the running status of the pump can be monitored to obtain more accurate and reliable fluid transmission performance.
