SCPV Servo Proportional High-Precision Gas Flow Control Valve

The SCPV4060 servo proportional valve is a closed-loop servo-driven gas flow regulator developed by Hilintec for laboratory analysis, medical equipment, precision gas sampling and industrial automation. Equipped with high-precision position sensors and vector servo control algorithm, it realizes linear, drift-free gas flow modulation with ultra-low hysteresis and exceptional repeatability.Unlike traditional solenoid proportional valves, this servo design eliminates thermal drift; the actuator only generates heat during spool movement, maintaining stable accuracy under long-duration continuous operation. It supports triple control modes: 4–20mA analog current, 0–5V analog voltage, and Modbus RTU RS485 bus, compatible with PLC, industrial controllers, and dedicated Windows PC upper computer software for one-stop debugging & automatic control.
