It delivers triple-loop servo control (Position-Velocity-Force) , ensuring that the spool position—and therefore the flow rate—is maintained with exceptional accuracy and stability, regardless of ambient temperature fluctuations.

Ultra-High Precision Closed-Loop Servo Flow Control

Equipped with a high-resolution internal position sensor and proprietary triple closed-loop vector control algorithm (position-speed-force), the SCPV4060 delivers an ultra-fine control resolution of 1‰ Full Scale (FS). It precisely locks the spool opening angle to match input control signals, realizing accurate gas flow regulation without random flow fluctuations. The overall linearity error is controlled below 4% FS, and output flow maintains an excellent linear correlation with analog/Modbus input across 0.1MPa–0.5MPa working pressure ranges. Unlike ordinary open-loop proportional valves with unstable flow output, this servo closed-loop structure automatically compensates tiny mechanical deviations, ensuring consistent flow repeatability of less than 1‰ FS for long-cycle continuous testing, perfectly matching strict precision requirements of analytical instruments and medical gas control systems.

Zero Thermal Drift & Ultra-Low Heat Generation

Traditional electromagnetic proportional valves rely on coil electromagnetic force to maintain spool position; continuous energization causes severe coil temperature rise, leading to obvious thermal drift and flow deviation after long-hour operation. The SCPV4060 adopts servo driving architecture: the motor only outputs power during spool adjustment movement, and consumes almost no power when holding a fixed flow position. The rated overall power is only 10W, with negligible heat accumulation during static holding. This design completely eliminates temperature-induced flow drift, stable flow output can be maintained 24/7 non-stop, and there is no need for frequent signal correction due to temperature changes in laboratory and industrial long-running equipment.

Extremely Low Hysteresis & Outstanding Repeatability

The optimized needle spool precision machining process and servo closed-loop compensation algorithm reduce valve hysteresis to less than 1% FS. When the control signal rises and falls repeatedly, the flow deviation of the same signal point is minimal, without obvious hysteresis dead zone. Combined with high-precision position feedback, the repeatability reaches <1‰ FS: sending the same control signal thousands of times can get nearly identical flow output. This feature avoids flow errors in cyclic gas sampling, automatic calibration and batch testing processes, greatly improving test data consistency and equipment test accuracy.

Triple Control Modes: Dual Analog + Modbus RTU RS485 Bus

All SCPV4060 valves support three universal industrial control methods, covering manual single-point adjustment and multi-device centralized automatic control scenarios:

  1. AM model (4–20mA current analog control): Standard industrial current signal, 4mA corresponds to fully closed valve, 20mA corresponds to fully open valve, anti-interference ability is strong for long-distance wiring in industrial sites;
  2. VM model (0–5V voltage analog control): 0.2V full close, 5V full open; 0V signal keeps the valve locked at the current flow position, convenient for potentiometer local manual adjustment;
  3. Built-in Modbus RTU RS485 bus: Compatible with all standard Modbus master stations such as PLC, industrial touch screen, and industrial PC. It supports point-to-point single valve control and multi-valve bus networking, users can remotely read real-time spool position, alarm status, hardware/software version, and write target flow, communication parameters, speed and other parameters through Modbus registers, convenient for automated equipment secondary development.

Fast Full-Stroke Response & Stable Dynamic Regulation

The full-stroke adjustment time from fully closed to fully open is less than 0.6 seconds, with fast signal response speed. The servo motor supports adjustable rated rotation speed (100–600 RPM via Modbus software). Users can set low-speed mode to slow down spool movement for ultra-smooth micro-flow adjustment, or increase speed to realize rapid switching of large flow. The built-in low-speed torque and deceleration time adjustment function effectively eliminates flow overshoot and oscillation during rapid adjustment, ensuring stable flow transition whether for micro-flow fine-tuning or large-flow rapid switching.

 

1,000,000 Cycles Ultra-Long Service Life & Good Corrosion Resistance

The valve has passed professional laboratory life aging test: continuous reciprocating operation of 1 million times under clean zero pressure difference environment, with no internal wear and leakage. The valve body adopts GT stainless steel-copper alloy material, matched with FKM fluorine rubber sealing ring, which can resist weak corrosive gas media and allow gas containing water vapor to pass through. The internal spool and valve sleeve use wear-resistant precision matching process, suitable for long-term uninterrupted operation of medical equipment, laboratory analysis instruments and industrial automation equipment, reducing later maintenance and replacement costs.

 

Multiple Customizable Pipeline Fitting Options

Rich port fitting configurations are available to match different pipeline specifications of end equipment, supporting one-piece customized model selection:

  • I8: Rp1/8 internal thread interface, suitable for threaded hard pipe connection;
  • P6/PC6 & P8/PC8: 6mm/8mm PU tube push-in quick connectors, fast pipeline disassembly;
  • K6/K8: 6mm/8mm compression quick screw connectors, suitable for hard plastic pipeline fixed installation. All fittings are matched with the valve body standard interface, no additional adapter conversion required, which simplifies the structural design of medical analyzers, gas sampling equipment and other OEM equipment, and reduces assembly space and pipeline leakage risks.

 

Position Arrival Feedback Output

Optocoupler isolated switch signal PO+/PO- outputs spool in-place status. PLC or host system receives confirmation once flow reaches target setpoint, enabling fully automated closed-loop process control for gas sampling, medical gas mixing, and industrial gas distribution.

In a clean, non-corrosive laboratory environment, the proportional valve operates under zero differential pressure, running continuously and reciprocally day and night. Ambient temperature: 5°C to 33°C; relative humidity: 50% to 85%, fluctuating with climatic conditions.
