The LabEZ™ D50 Series Micro Laboratory Pumps combine industrial-grade durability with precision engineering to deliver exceptional performance for a wide range of laboratory applications. Whether you need vacuum generation, gas transfer, or compression, the LabEZ™ D50 Series offers unmatched reliability and flexibility.The Micro Laboratory Pump features built-in vacuum and pressure gauges, with the front panel displaying real-time negative pressure at the suction side and positive pressure at the discharge side. A speed adjustment knob is also installed on the front panel for convenient flow rate regulation.
Featuring industrial-grade vacuum performance, this Micro Laboratory Pump achieves an ultimate vacuum of -91kPa (100 mbar.abs) and a peak flow rate of 13L/min . The D50A model offers dual-pressure capability, functioning seamlessly in both vacuum (-70kPa) and positive pressure (50kPa) modes, making it a versatile solution for diverse lab needs..
The Micro Laboratory Pump features excellent corrosion resistance, with optional PTFE (Teflon) diaphragms and valve seals and PVDF pump head specifically engineered for handling aggressive gas media. This chemical-resistant configuration maintains performance when pumping corrosive vapors or acidic gases, making it ideal for laboratory test where material compatibility is critical.
The product utilizes a BLDC brushless DC motor with built-in flow rate control circuitry, allowing users to continuously adjust the Micro Laboratory Pump speed via the flow control knob. This enables precise regulation of the laboratory diaphragm pump’s flow rate while meeting both high-flow applications and precise flow control requirements.If you need higher flow rates, please check out the D70 model
The LabEZ™ D50 Series features an intelligent pressure monitoring system designed for precision laboratory applications.The vacuum-only model features a built-in vacuum gauge for real-time monitoring of negative pressure in the suction line. The dual-pressure model incorporates both vacuum and pressure gauges, providing simultaneous display of suction-side vacuum and discharge-side positive pressure.
Equipped with high-quality brushless motors, the LabEZ D50V and D50M models deliver a service life of up to 8,000 hours, while the corrosion-resistant D50A variant offers a lifespan of 5,000 hours.
In response to industrial-grade reliability requirements, we have designed a special test process for possible load conditions. Therefore, no matter what load the product actually works under, its actual service life can reach and exceed its nominal service life. If the actual working load is less than the nominal maximum load, its life can be further extended. Therefore tt can operate without stopping for a long time under the maximum load. The product has passed the life test under the maximum load, and can promise to reach the nominal life under various loads.
There is no need to add lubricating oil and maintenance, and it does not pollute the medium.

Test conditions | In a clean, non-corrosive laboratory environment, the pump operates continuously under either full load (inlet blocked, outlet open to atmosphere) or no load (both inlet and outlet open to atmosphere), running 24/7 without interruption. Ambient conditions: Temperature 5°C–33°C, relative humidity 50%–85% (subject to climatic variations). *Indicates design lifespan -actual endurance testing is currently in progress.
Working Condition | ||
Operating temperature | Permissible ambient temperature is 0~50 degrees, it is not suitable to be exposed to the sun, and it should work in a clean and ventilated environment
Medium | Permissible temperature of the medium is 0~40 degrees, the transferring gas is allowed to be rich in water vapor, but cannot contain solid particles
Wetted materials | Negative pressure and positive/negative pressure models demonstrate good resistance to alcohols, acids, alkalis, ozone, etc. (excluding concentrated strong acids, fats, benzene, gasoline, etc.). The corrosion-resistant model provides excellent corrosion tolerance and can be used for pumping strong acids, strong alkalis, and various corrosive gases |
