The D50TS achieves exceptional sealing with SUS304 steel pump head construction and reinforced EPDM diaphragms. Each unit undergoes 100% airtightness testing before leaving the factory to ensure industrial-grade sealing performance meets the most stringent requirements.

Modular Connections

To accommodate installation space requirements, the micro diaphragm pump’s inlet/outlet nozzles can be rotated 90° for more flexible tubing connections. It offers both metric Rp1/8 and American NPSC1/8 internal thread options, with optional quick-connect and compression fittings available for connecting to PU tubing or stainless steel piping, enabling easy integration into various high-sealing pneumatic systems.

High Flow Rate, High Pressure

Featuring exceptional performance with a 14L/min average flow rate and peak flow up to 20L/min, this micro diaphragm pump delivers powerful and efficient suction. Speed Control Function for Micro Diaphragm Pump

The flow rate of the high efficiency micro diaphragm pump can be changed by adjusting the motor speed and changing the input voltage. For brushless motor version, the flow rate of the pump can be changed by adjusting the motor speed through PWM signal.
