The low-temperature environment model of this product with special design and low-temperature-resistant materials can start and operate stably and reliably at -20°C ~ -0°C. The low-temperature environment model with a heater can start stably and reliably in low-temperature environments as low as -30°C.
The overall size of the this high efficiency micro diaphragm pump(equipped with a brushless BA/BL tpye motor) is about 40×25×37mm; the overall size of the product(equipped with a brushed motor) is 50×25×37mm; the overall size of the product(equipped with a coreless brushed motor) is 44×25×37mm;it is suitable for applications that require a very small space of air pumps.
According to application requirements, motor configuration options with long life, high performance, low cost, and multiple input voltage specifications can be provided to meet different cost and reliability application requirements.
In addition to the standard EPDM rubber, FKM fluororubber material with better high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance can also be selected according to application requirements.
The D15M with optional DI motor is designed for low-energy applications such as battery power supply. It can operate at a voltage of 2-5V and can achieve a high flow rate of 0.6LPM at an ultra-low operating power consumption of 0.2W@2V.
Generally, small-volume air pumps are aimed at home users and have limited service life and reliability. The D15 is designed for industrial applications and has the advantage of high reliability. Whether pumps equipped with brushed motors or brushless motors,which have passed rigorous life tests and promise to meet industrial-grade reliability requirements under test conditions.
For brushed motor version, The flow rate of the high efficiency micro diaphragm pump can be changed by adjusting the motor speed and changing the input voltage. For brushless motor version, the flow rate of the pump can be changed by adjusting the motor speed through PWM signal.
The D15 high efficiency micro diaphragm pump uses a lightweight diaphragm and a silent optimized valve plate, which maintains low noise and low vibration characteristics while providing high output flow, with the noise level at full speed being less than 50dB.
The high-quality motors, bearings, rubber and engineering plastics used in this high efficiency micro diaphragm pump give it excellent low-temperature operating performance. The product can be stored, operated and started at -10 degrees Celsius. In situations where the temperature is lower, a standard heater can be installed on the pump body. After preheating with the heater, it can even operate reliably under extreme conditions of -30 degrees Celsius.
Conventional gas pumps may fail and be damaged after sucking in liquid. However, the pump cavity structure of D15 allows it to suck in liquid, and the working state of sucking in liquid does not affect its normal operation and use, which greatly expands the application range of this high efficiency micro diaphragm pump
