Modular Connections

To accommodate installation space requirements, the micro diaphragm pump’s inlet/outlet nozzles can be rotated 90° for more flexible tubing connections. It offers both metric Rp1/8 and American NPSC1/8 internal thread options, with optional quick-connect and compression fittings available for connecting to PU tubing or stainless steel piping, enabling easy integration into various high-sealing pneumatic systems.

High Flow Rate, High Pressure

Therefore tt can operate without stopping for a long time under the maximum load. The product has passed the life test under the maximum load, and can promise to reach the nominal life under various loads.

Speed Control Function for Micro Diaphragm Pump

The flow rate of the high efficiency micro diaphragm pump can be changed by adjusting the motor speed and changing the input voltage. For brushless motor version, the flow rate of the pump can be changed by adjusting the motor speed through PWM signal.
